How to request a change to your site
What to include so we can handle it first time, without back and forth.
We handle site changes on an ongoing basis. The more specific the request, the faster we can do it — and the less you have to think about it.
What to include
- A link to the page the change concerns — just copy the address from your browser.
- A screenshot with the spot marked. It saves both sides a lot of messaging.
- The exact new text, if it's a content edit. Not “make it better”, but the actual wording.
- When you need it by. If it's urgent, say so up front — we'll prioritise accordingly.
How fast we respond
| Type of request | Typical turnaround |
|---|---|
| Site is down or unreachable | highest priority, immediately |
| Content error, wrong detail, broken link | within 1 working day |
| Routine text or image edit | within 2 – 3 working days |
| New section or feature | depends on scope — we'll come back with an estimate |
If something on the site looks odd, tell us even if you're not sure it's a bug. We'll check quickly, and it's better to look unnecessarily than to leave a problem running.
