Emails from the contact form
Where enquiries from the website go, why they sometimes land in spam, and what to do if they don't arrive.
When someone fills in a form on your site, the message is stored and also emailed to you. Delivery runs through a verified sending service so that nothing gets lost.
What we need from you
- The address (or addresses) the notifications should go to.
- Optionally a split — e.g. enquiries to one address, complaints to another.
When messages don't arrive
- 1Check your Spam / Junk folder. The first few notifications sometimes land there.
- 2If they're there, mark them as “Not spam” and add the sender to your contacts. The rest will arrive properly.
- 3Check there's no rule on your side automatically moving them into a folder.
- 4If none of that helped, write to us — we can see every send attempt and its result in the system.
Every submitted form is also stored on our side. Even if an email got lost, you won't lose the enquiry — we can pull it up for you any time.
